Free U.S. shipping
Every order ships free within the United States (no minimum).
Where we ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Processing time
Orders are prepared at our U.S. fulfillment center and usually leave within 1–5 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods like Black Friday it may take a little longer.
Delivery time
Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders arrive within about 3–9 business days of being placed.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.
Changes and cancellations
Need to fix your address or cancel? Email us right away. We can usually make changes within about 2 hours of ordering. After that your order is already being prepared and can't be edited.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll gladly reship it once you confirm the right address. Reshipping is the customer's responsibility.
Lost, damaged, or wrong items
- Shows delivered but not received: check with neighbors and your mailbox area, then email us within 7 days. We'll file a claim with USPS and help sort it out.
- Lost in transit (no tracking movement for 7+ business days): we'll send a replacement or refund.
- Damaged or wrong item: email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost.
